- Accounts must be paid in full before warranty items are scheduled for repairs.
- Warranty items must be submitted to AMCON in writing within 30 days that customer notices that there is a problem.
- Warranty items are subject to verification by AMCON.
- All warranty repairs are at the sole discretion of AMCON
- 1 year warranty for all items except color and sealer which is 3 years.
- Payments Terms: 30% down payment, 60% after concrete is poured (each pour) and 10% after clean up.
- Customer agrees to pay a finance charge of 2% per month (24% annual rate) on the average daily balance of all amounts past due. Additionally, customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorneys' fees and court cost incurred in collection any amounts past due.
- AMCON has the right to place a lien on customer's property when account is not paid in full and is past due 90 days.
- Concrete, gravel, color hardener and sealers are manufacture by other companies. AMCON just places these products. These items are warranty by the manufacture.
- No other warranty applies unless in writing by AMCON, INC
